The friendly and attentive staff created a welcoming atmosphere, making every moment feel special. The room was spacious and stylishly furnished, complemented by exceptional dining options, including a must-try shabushabu. Housekeeping consistently left lovely notes and treats, enhancing the overall experience. However, the parking process was tedious, and the check-in could be more efficient with additional staff present at peak times. Connectivity in certain areas of the hotel lagged at times, which could be improved.

Had an awesome group getaway! The spa was a highlight, and we loved the Pan-Asian breakfast. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for both relaxation and luxury experiences.

One downside was the business center's printing policies. you had to pay for prints, which felt off for such a high-end hotel.

Pro tip for future guests, inquire about room readiness in advance!

Just a good pick for a short layover in Jakarta with all in all brilliant value for money. The spa treatment was fantastic. my therapist Herna did an amazing job. Definitely try the spa during the stay.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was exceptional. The location in the center of Jakarta is ideal for business travelers. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring excellent amenities. The dining options were impressive, particularly the Lobo restaurant, serving a diverse and delicious menu. The gym facilities were well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my routine. Most notably, the attentive and friendly staff made the experience truly memorable.

The curtains in the room didn't close all the way, which let in some unwanted sunlight—definitely not ideal for late sleepers like myself. There was also a noticeable damp smell from the carpet upon entering the room, which lingered for a while. The breakfast buffet at the Asia restaurant felt underwhelming. it met basic expectations but nothing stood out as memorable. Additionally, the check-in process was off to a rough start, with our room not being ready until 4:30 PM despite being only 10 minutes late for the designated check-in time.

The elegant décor of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan radiates luxury, with spacious areas and artful details that make it incredibly welcoming for seniors. I particularly appreciated the ease of navigation throughout the beautifully designed lounges and dining areas.
